What if I want to change my therapist?
This is a common question, especially for people who are new to therapy. Having a good connection with your therapist is very important for the therapeutic process. If you feel concerned about the therapeutic connection between you and your provider, we always encourage you to address this in your session with them. Often times, adjustments can be made to the approach, the pace or the interventions used. Sometimes, it is just not a good fit, If this is the case, we can always transfer your care to another clinician in our practice or provide you with referrals, no problem! Just let us know, we want what is best for you and your therapeutic journey!
