I have always had a passion of working with people. I was able to dive into and explore that passion while I attended Sam Houston State University where I graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology in 2019. Following that, I attend Texas Tech University where I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been residing in the Houston area for the past year as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Lauren Prasse, LPC-S.

I enjoy and have had experience working with all age groups ranging from children, teens, and adults in a variety of settings. My clinical experience include working with clients who have or are struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Self-Harm, low Self-Esteem, and Adjustment Disorder among other struggles that people face throughout life transitions. I commonly work from a multifaceted approach which includes Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
